Fredrik Färg and Emma Marga Blanche are a young couple of designers (with Swedish and French origins respectively) who add personality, technique and innovation. They have been developing a technique for various years in their studio based in Stockholm, baptizing and registering it as Wood Tailoring TM, which includes the use of sewing machines directly over hard materials like wood, to join different parts. This way the pieces have their own aesthetic value and offer surprising and suggestive results such as the Couture armchair, initially presented by BD at last year’s Salone del Mobile in Milan. Using the same technique, which needs great artisanal ability, Färg & Blanche have now designed a very functional cabinet with simple decorative patterns. Available in natural wood or stained black and sewn with different colored threads.

Sideboard and shelves in natural ash wood or stained black. Structure in anodic black lacquered steel. Doors sewn in black or blue thread.
